Jess Curl

Jess is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and owner of Project Better.
Majority of what she does involves correcting people’s movement patterns to avoid injury, helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies,  reading functional lab testing to aid in avoiding disease or illness as well as providing nutritional guidance and support to find out what works best for the individual in achieving overall optimal health and wellbeing. 
She is originally from the US but has resided in Melbourne for over 10 years now. Professional soccer is what brought her here to begin with, she loved the coffee, people and sport so much she decided to stay around awhile.
She now competes in the Elite level of Spartan Racing across Australia.
She has two wonderful dogs, a very supportive and fun loving partner and a thriving community at our gym that keeps her heart full.
