Ordering

These terms and conditions are applicable for purchases and sale agreements (the Agreement) between Nordic Imports Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the merchant) and the contracting party (the customer).

Purchase contract is considered complete when the order is paid for by Credit Card or PayPal. Your personal information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties (except for statutory procedure).

Prices and Payment

All prices are given in Australian Dollars.

How to buy from ChagaHealth e-shop?

Select your desired products and add them to the shopping cart. If all the desired items are in the shopping cart then click “Checkout”, fill in the required fields and choose the shipping and payment method.

Shipping

All orders are processed after receipt of payment normally within three workdays but no later than within one week. 

Warranty

Warranty applies to all products in accordance with law. Please retain your purchase confirmation to qualify for warranty. When using the products, please follow the instruction manual supplied with the goods. The warranty does not apply if the fault is due to product misuse or wear and tear of the product.
The goods can be returned within 14 days if not agreed otherwise. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and with all markings. Money for the goods will be refunded to the client‘s bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 working days after the goods have been received by the seller.
Freight costs will not be refunded. If the returned goods have deteriorated, the Customer must compensate for the reduction in value.

Privacy Policy

Personal information of the customer will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except if required by law.
